We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not, please review the following return and refund policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of your delivery date. Returns requested after 15 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards

• Sale items (final sale)

• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Health or personal care items

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for all orders — domestic and international.
This includes:

• The cost of shipping the item back to HEURUEH

• Any postage or courier fees paid directly to the carrier

• Any duties, taxes, or import fees for international customers
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

How to Start a Return

Please email Contact@Heurueh.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and next steps.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within several business days.
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card provider and bank, as posting times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@Heurueh.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same style, please email us at Contact@Heurueh.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import costs. These charges are non-refundable.
