RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not, please review the following return and refund policy.

Return Window

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Intimate or sanitary items, health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within several business days.

  • If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card provider and bank, as posting times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Kate@Heurueh.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same style, please email us at Kate@Heurueh.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return a product, please email us at Kate@Heurueh.com. We will provide further instructions and the appropriate return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
